We do not record or collect credit card details - all credit card transactions are processed through an external trusted provider.

We use the information provided by you to identify customers placing listings on our site. We never share your personal information or e-mail address with external parties, except where required by law. All contact through our site is completed through the use of web forms. This means that people may contact you through a listing, but they will not be able to see your e-mail address unless you specifically reply to them.
We will never send you spam or unrelated advertising. However, we may from time to time contact you regarding important changes to Sleep Around that affect you or your Sleep Around account.
We may also contact you for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of listings placed on our site, or where we have received complaints from other Sleep Around users. This is to protect the interests of other Sleep Around users, and our reputation as an accommodation website.
We use cookies and the Google Analytics software to track aggregate website trends, such as page impressions and usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected in this process. Listing owners are limited to seeing the total number of impressions or 'hits' on their listing. Other aggregate information may be used while advertising our site, such as the total number of visitors per month, but this will not ever include personally identifiable information.
Finally, we will never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
